A Tribute To Mr. Ralph Mashuda
On February 19th, a wonderful man and animal lover passed away unexpectedly. That man was Ralph Mashuda. Ralph was the owner of Mashuda Corporation and Indian Motorcycles in Morgantown. We were introduced to Ralph by Pat Lukos, founder of Weeping Willow 2nd Chance German Shepherd Sanctuary
Our large kennel building had a dirt floor. It was impossible to maintain high cleanliness standards, as a result. Ralph came to our rescue and donated the concrete floor and drains for this 40x60 building. He also donated a new trailer for our future business office and had it delivered to us.
Ralph was a philanthropist, helping schools, people and animals in need. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He touched many lives and will be sadly missed. Many of Ralph's friends were bike riders, and he enjoyed good times with them. In Ralph's memory, we are planning a bike ride with the possible ending point at Angel Ridge Animal Rescue. Our sanctuary, and the other rescues that Ralph supported will be involved in this event.
We extend our deepest sympathy to Ralph's family and friends. We will keep you posted, here, as to the planning that we do for this memorial event.
